Your Instructor
Nick completed his degree in Business Administration at the University of Bath and worked as an energy-efficiency consultant before joining the National Community Organiser Programme as a trainee. There he completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Communities, Engagement and Enterprise before becoming a full time trainer and supervisor with social action charity RE:generate. In this role, Nick personally trained and supported over 200 trainees across the country to develop their listening skills, become better leaders and empower others to do the same. He is an experienced facilitator who now works to transform organisational culture and develop leadership potential in those who do not see themselves as 'typical' leaders.
